CNY Visit to Mr James House! on 17th Feb i think

yoyo! Long time never blog liao because of school work lor. Damn tiring and stress. My Schooling hours is from 9 am to 9 pm mon to fri and sometimes go sch on sat to do assignment too!.

Some of us went to visit Mr James on the 17th Feb. We went there to play Wii and had steamboat dinner there. We were pai seh when we just reach there but later part okay liaos. Mr James and his wife are such a great host and they make us feel comfortable and Ms Jenny was there as well!

Since UIR had finished. I will start to blog about myself and see how it goes. haha.

Today in school i recieved a good news from my lecturer Mr James Lan, he told me that i was selected to go CISCO for SIP. wahhahaha, i'm so happy!!! but but sians still need to go down for a interview on the 11th march.... gan jiong liao =/ hope can make it and kick start my career xD

My Brother bought F1 Tickets for me!~ songgg wahahaha.

UIR End of Journey Reflective Journel

Alright choosing UIR as my CDS has taught me how to use search engines to search for my information using important key words. I also get to know that there are other search engines besides Google and Yahoo. For example MetaCrawler, this is the first time I have heard of this search engines. We also learnt how to use the advance search features to filter out unwanted results. Example I want to search for PDF file format and Google will only return me PDF file results that they found, removing other search results. This is a lifetime skill which we will apply in school and when we started working where I think it is beneficial to me.

Another skill that I have learned is how to differentiate quality websites for my researches in future. I am able to do researches using the internet with ease and also provide useful and quality information for my researches.
